Donthirean Exit Company is a small company based in Victorville, California. We sell one thing: a self-directed education program that teaches timeshare owners how to handle their own exit paperwork, instead of paying an exit company thousands of dollars to do it for them.

The name

Read the domain slowly: donthireanexitcompany.com. The name is a play on words, and it is also the argument. Most timeshare owners have never been told that many major resort developers run their own deed-back and exit programs. Exit companies often route clients into those same programs, after charging thousands for the introduction, on top of whatever the resort itself charges. We think owners should know that, and should be able to do the work themselves if they want to.

So despite how the name reads at a glance, we are not an exit company. We are the education.

What we sell

A one-time program: a written, step-by-step guide, the letter templates you need, a private dashboard for keeping a dated record of everything you send, and reminders when a waiting period ends. The value is in the compilation, the process, and the templates. None of the underlying facts are secret; what we sell is having them organized into steps you can follow.
