What we collect
Information you give us
Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, collected during your onboarding call and when your account is created.
Timeshare information. The name and location of your resort, your account or member number, your purchase date, and details about your ownership and circumstances.
Documents you upload. As you work through the program, you upload records of what you've sent — including copies of signed letters, which typically contain your name, signature, mailing address, and timeshare account number. You also record mailing dates and certified mail tracking numbers.
Communications. Notes from calls and messages between you and our team.
Information collected automatically
Usage and technical data. Pages visited, general interaction data, IP address, browser type, and device type.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe handles that directly. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a partial identifier such as the last four digits.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the program and unlock the correct steps at the correct times
- To maintain the record of what you've sent and when — the record is a core part of the product
- To send reminders when waiting periods end and next steps become available
- To respond to billing questions
- To process payments
- To improve the program and the site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
We share limited information with service providers who help us operate:

Consultants. If we arrange a consultation for you, we share the information necessary for that consultant to help you — typically your name, your case details, and your program progress. Consultants are bound to keep your information confidential.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information and program records for as long as your account is active, and for 10 years afterward.
We keep this record because it may matter to you later — the documented history of what you sent and when is part of what you paid for. You may request deletion at any time (see below), and we will delete it unless we're required to keep it by law.
How we protect it
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Documents you upload are served only through authenticated, access-controlled links — they are not publicly accessible.
Access is limited to staff and consultants who need it to help you.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of other states with privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas — have comparable rights.
Note that deleting your account record also deletes your documented history with the program. We'll make sure you understand that before we do it, and we can provide you a copy first.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and if the changes are significant, we'll notify you by email.
