What this covers
Biaggio Castro, doing business as Donthirean Exit Company, offers one product:
The Program — a one-time fee of $500 for access to our self-directed educational program.
30-day refund window
If the program isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Program access ends when the refund is processed.
Completion Guarantee
We also stand behind the program itself.
If you complete every step of the program, and within 24 months of completing the final step your resort has neither released you from your timeshare nor offered you a release, we will refund your program fee in full.
To qualify, your account must show:
- Every phase marked complete;
- The required evidence uploaded for each phase — including mailing dates and, where applicable, certified mail tracking numbers and copies of the letters you sent; and
- All required waiting periods observed, without skipping steps.
Why 24 months. Timelines in this process are set by the resort, not by us. Some resorts only act on release requests at scheduled board meetings, which may happen once a year. The window is long because the process genuinely can be.
How we verify. We check your account record. Verification is based on what your dashboard shows — completed steps, uploaded evidence, and dates. This is not a discretionary review: if the record shows you completed the program as directed and the waiting periods elapsed, the refund is issued.
What counts as a release
Please read this part carefully, because it is the most commonly misunderstood.
If your resort offers to release you — including an offer that requires you to pay fees, outstanding maintenance charges, a termination fee, or any other amount owed to them — that is the outcome this program is designed to produce, whether or not you choose to accept it.
Many resorts charge money to take a timeshare back. Some charge nothing. Some will not release you at all. We have no control over which, and we never promise that leaving your timeshare will be free.
Our fee covers the education and the process. Whatever you owe your resort is between you and your resort.
What this guarantee is not
This is a guarantee of your money, not of an outcome. We cannot and do not promise that any resort will accept the return of your timeshare, release you from your contract, waive anything you owe, or respond to you at all. The resort makes that decision.

How to request a refund
Email support@donthireanexitcompanymail.com or call (877) 403-6684 with your name and account number.
For 30-day requests, we process the refund on receipt. For Completion Guarantee requests, we review your account record and respond within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
